Event Terms & Logistics

Friday, June 7th 2019 @ 3PM - Sunday, June 9th 2019 @ 11AM

Attendees may arrive early and/or extend their stay after official start/end times. Camping and lodging should be reserved in advance through Byrd's Adventure Center.


A. Driver, Passenger and Kid(s) Passes

 Driver Pass - $75  includes the following:

  • Full Access to Byrd's Adventure Center trails and vehicle playground areas
  • Official Rally Southeast premium t-shirt, patch, sticker and swag ($50 value)
  • Access to all organized obstacle courses and clinics offered at the event
  • Non-alcoholic beverages Friday and Saturday evening

  • Entry into the Saturday night raffle

  • Must be 18+ and fulfill all Driver Requirements listed in Section B

(Driver Pass covers the $30 vehicle usage fee for Byrd's property.)


Passenger Pass* - $35  (age 13+) includes the following:

  • Official Rally Southeast premium t-shirt, patch, sticker and swag ($50 value)
  • Access to all organized obstacle courses and clinics offered at the event
  • Non-alcoholic beverages Friday and Saturday evening

  • Entry into the Saturday night raffle

  • For attendees riding as passenger age 13 and over

Kids Trail Buddy Pass - $20  (age 3-12) includes the following:

  • Official Rally Southeast premium kids t-shirt and sticker ($25 value)
  • Kid friendly beverages Friday and Saturday evening

* A Passenger Pass attendee MUST enter the event with a valid Driver Pass ticket holder and their vehicle.

Passes do not cover camping at Byrd's Adventure Center. Please visit the Byrd's Adventure Center website for more information about camping options or call  (479) 667-4066 to make your reservation in advance. Primitive camping is first come, first served and will be available for purchase at the Gate.


B. Driver Requirements

By attending this event as a Driver, you are certifying the following:

  • You are 18+ with a valid driver's license

  • Have current vehicle registration and proof of insurance

  • Your vehicle meets the safety requirements outlined in section F

  • You must have seatbelts at all times for all passengers connected to your party

C. Trail Etiquette & Alcohol/Drug Policy

All garbage created by Overland Bound members on the trail must be packed out. Additional garbage bags and gloves will be handed out to each trail group to pick up trash and debris while running the trails. Do your part!

Absolutely NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG consumption while driving on public or private land/trails. No open containers of alcohol allowed in vehicles. Full stop.

Alcoholic beverages may be consumed at Byrd's Adventure Center by adults 21+. Absolutely no alcohol consumption before attending clinics, or running training courses at Byrd's Adventure Center.  Do not drink and drive.  

D. Refunds/Cancelation Policy & Schedule

Cancellations must be submitted by email to [email protected] according to the schedule below:

Before 11:59PM PT May 26th, 2019: 100% refund

After 12:00AM PT May 27th, 2019: No refund

There are no exceptions to these dates. Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process.

There are no refunds due to weather. (A little weather never hurt anyone.)

E. Resale/Transfer of Passes

Passes may not be resold. All requests to transfer/gift a pass must be submitted and approved prior to the start of the event on Friday, June 7th @ 3PM CT.

F. Vehicle Requirements

The following are mandatory vehicle safety requirements for trail runs:

  • Seat belts for all passengers

  • Working headlights/brake lights

  • All gear and equipment properly secured and/or stowed

  • Fire extinguisher

  • First Aid Kit

  • Front and Rear recovery points

  • Ability to air down tires

  • 4WD required for advanced courses

 All vehicles will be assessed prior to departure, or when starting a training/obstacle course.

G. Arriving Early/Staying Late

All costs and logistics for individuals or groups planning to arrive before Friday, June 7th @ 3PM, or staying after the event ends on Sunday will need to be arranged in advance. 

H. Dog/Pet Policy

Subject to the rules and regulations of Byrd's Adventure Center. Please see their website for more information. 

I. Photo/Media Release

By attending this event, I understand that Overland Bound will be photographing, videoing and/or recording audio both on trail and at Camp HQ. This media may be used for professional purposes including future publicity, advertising, web content, copyright purposes and illustration. Your attendance indicates consent to use of such materials in perpetuity.
